Position: Operations Director – Fintech/Payments
Location: London
Salary: £80-100k

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Director to join a Fintech/Payments company in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the operations team, ensuring that all operational processes are effective and efficient. This includes developing and implementing operational strategies, managing and improving operational processes, and leading the team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and objectives
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
– Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
– Manage and improve operational processes and procedures
– Analyse operational data and identify areas for improvement
– Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners
– Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team

Technical Skills:
– Proven track record of success in a similar role
– Extensive knowledge of operational processes and procedures
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
– Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
– Understanding of financial services and payments industry
