We currently have an exciting opportunity for a enthusiastic individual to join as an Operations Support Manager to lead our Central Operations Support team. This role is 35 hours per week and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,894.59 per annum plus excellent benefits.

The role is homebased with some travel as appropriate across the UK being necessary for the role to facilitate meetings, provide presentations and line management of the regionally based staff. This can be discussed further at interview stage.

Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity with a nationwide network of adoption and homing centres, volunteer-run branches and charity shops. During 2021, we helped 137,000 cats and kittens. That's the equivalent of around 375 cats a day!

Cats Protection’s Central Operations Support teams provide front-line professional administrative support for Operational projects, processes, tasks and central operations systems and data selections and manipulation for reporting

Responsibilities of our Operations Support Manger:

As the Operations Support Manager, working closely with other central operations managers you will lead the team in line with CP policies and processes, providing good direction and support to the team for accountable pieces of work or tasks, to ensure work is implemented in a timely and professional manner. You will lead on scope and management of projects and tasks including any system support, script writing, UAT and delivery of new functionality and appropriate communications.

• excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relations
• ability cope under pressure in an appropriate manner
• strong organisational skills and able to prioritise and manage workload
• a full, clean, manual UK driving licence
