Location: Home Based

Part Time (5 hours on Saturday or Sunday)

£24 p/h

Key Purpose:

The Out of Hours Scheduler will be responsible for ensuring urgent priority repairs are allocated to resources over weekend periods.

Key accountabilities:

• 
  Review urgent repair tasks received during weekend periods to ensure performance targets are met
• Contact families to arrange attendance out of hours
• Schedule repairs to out of hours operatives
• Update communications on CAFM
• Provide additional cover on bank holidays
• Provide general administrative support as required

What you will need to do the role:

• 
  General administrative or customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of computer systems including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
• Good customer communication skills
• Training will be offered within this role to help you grow within the business.

Please note, in order to be considered for this position, you must be able to pass BPSS security clearance.
