Our Store Team Members deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product queries and providing a prompt service with a smile.

First Aid At Work (FAAW) trained and holder of a Security Industry Authority licence (training provided if needed).

Answering the telephone to assist clients with any enquiries or queries. Providing administrative support to our vets, reception team and wider organisation.

Have previous experience in account management or sales. Have a full UK driving license as the role will require regular travel.

Keep updated on products, materials, sales activities and the story of our products to add something extra to the customer experience.
