Graham’s the Family Dairy, Scotland's number one chosen brand, are seeking to recruit a Part Time Customer Service Administrator at our Bridge of Allan site, working 8am-2pm Saturday and 11am - 4pm Sunday.

As a Customer Service Administrator in our small friendly team, you'll work closely with drivers as well as site-based colleagues. You will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, orders, and complaints and will pursue these to a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner via telephone. You will be responsible for inputting orders into the computer system, including input of depot stock transfers, stock delivery returns and completing a reconciliation process.

Administration skills and experience are important, as is your ability to put your customers at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate will have experience of data input in a fast-moving customer service environment, coupled with a high level of numeracy. Strong IT skills are preferrable and a keen eye for detail.
