Brand Monkey is a young and entrepreneurial tech-led Amazon management agency established in 2019 and is based in Highworth, Swindon. We have over 16 years of experience supporting start-ups, and small and large businesses on Amazon, and collectively, within our team, we boast nearly 50+ years in global sales & distribution in the consumer and technology industry. Our clients are based all over the world including the UK, EU, and USA, and sell products in the Health and Beauty, Food, Pets, Supplements, Home and Garden, Camera, and Electronics categories.

In 2022, a tremendous milestone was reached - over $1 trillion was spent on e-commerce globally! Amazon makeup around 13% of this number and continue to grow. Who are we looking for?

As a result of our continued success and new clients coming on board, we have a brand-new position open in our team for a creative Graphic Designer that possesses the mystic arts of telling a story about a product or brand in an image and can capture the attention of shoppers. This position will see the successful candidate working directly with our clients with the support and direction of our Amazon Account Management team to plan and deliver product specific graphics that help tell the story of a brand and highlight unique selling points in a product. This position will also involve working with our Senior Copy Writer to help develop infographics for our website and social marketing.

What will you be responsible for in this role?

• Working closely with our Amazon Account Management team, you will be responsible for working within our clients guidelines to create graphics and infographics for several very exciting brands
• You will be responsible for uploading these graphics to Amazon marketplace and Vendor central. This will include product detail pages, Amazon Brand Stores and Advertising Campaigns
• As we continue to develop and grow our own marketing presence, there will be an opportunity to work alongside our CEO and Senior Copywriter to support our website and social media content by creating informative and creative graphic content
• This position will see you responsible for our clients brand image so you will be following direction from both company and client and will be required to storyboard and presnt the content

What skills and education are we are looking for?

• Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade A* to C, college, or university qualification a plus, but not essential
• Minimum 1-2 year proven track record in Graphic Design
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English, other EU languages a plus
• Knolwedge of Amazon Seller or Vendor platform a bonus, but not essential

Upon completion of a 3-month trial, you will be enrolled into our company’s pension scheme, receive statutory holiday entitlement plus Bank Holidays. You will also receive an Amazon Prime membership valued at £79. And finally, we recognise those important celebrations in your life, such as birthdays, work anniversaries and becoming a parent. While we do not currently see the need for an office due to the nature of of the business, we regularly meet up to discuss our accounts, projects, new business and enjoy regular outings to bond as a team. COVID-19 considerations:
The position will require you to work from home to begin with and then transition over to working several days a month from an office which will be local to Swindon. The remaining days will be flexible at home or in the office.
