This role is based in Prizes, our Family Entertainment Centre at Bowl Central in Bournemouth.

Job Description:
Assisting the Bowl Central team in the day to day running of the family entertainment centre, Prizes, whilst delivering excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help each customer enjoy their experience at Bowl Central.
Ensuring the upkeep, security and cleanliness of the business to the standards set out by Bowl Central management.

Prizes Customer Advisor Job Duties:

• Ensure work quality is satisfactory and meeting company and regulation standards.
• Connect with customers and develops strong relationships to encourage repeat visitation.
• Create an atmosphere centered on delivering superior customer service.
• Deal with customer enquiries by phone and in person in a professional manner.
• Stock rotation and refill.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment.
• Complete shift cover to assist Management and Supervisory team when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications Needed:
6+ months in Customer Facing Role

Working Requirements:
***Candidate MUST be available to work weekdays, weekends and holiday times*** Please do not apply if you cannot work a fully flexible week.
