Job Description :
FFW is in search of a Program Manager, able to work fully remote, with immediate availability to start. The selected candidate will be working in an international team of one of our main partners, a US-based company from the pharma sector.
Additional details for this assignment:
Type of contract: freelance / business to business.
In this position, you will be managing all aspects of a multi team project. You will be expected to facilitate meetings, capture and resolve issues, as well as identify dependencies between the teams of our partner.
The ideal candidate has several years of experience in a similar role. He or she must have the ability to coordinate across platforms / groups and Business area groups. In addition to this, it would be nice to have familiarity with the pharma industry.
What awaits you:
- Project plan creation;
- Issue, risk, and action item management;
- Meeting and logistic owner;
- Dependency management;
- Communication with product owners and scrum masters from within the Franklin team;
- PMO status report maintenance;
- Functional requirements' verification.
Qualifications:
What you bring:
- at least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role;
- good communication skills (fluency in English);
- Business Analysis background / skills;
- Very familiar with Office 365 suite of tools. Comfortable using Jira and confluence;
- Must be comfortable facilitating working sessions virtually;
- Must be able to proficiently use Miro;
- Should be experienced and familiar with agile project management;
- Should have experience managing projects at a global scale.
