Location: Working from Home - with the ability to travel across sites when required

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and qualifications

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will work closely with the Hospital Directors alongside and variety of internal and external stakeholders across the business. This role will also work closely with Consultants, the Senior Management Team and the EKHUFT and SPH clinical teams.

Spencer Private Hospitals operates out of 3 sites with a head office situated in an area of natural beauty close to the quintessential seaside town of Deal. There will be some ability to work remotely, however you will be required to travel across all three site to provide the required level of leadership visibility.

Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educated to Degree Level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Proven experience working within and leading through project management, technical support, systems programming or computer operations
  • High level user of Microsoft Office, Excel and Project Management Digital Applications
  • Full understanding of project management methodologies and ability to adapt as appropriate
  • Experience of delivering projects in totality
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team working skills
  • Organisation and time management
  • Support staff with data management including collation, analysis and reporting
  • Experience of drafting business cases including benefit analysis
  • Experience of setting objectives
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Flexible and Tactful
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Ability to work from home and visit sites as required
