As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Defining the project’s schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries and organizing and leading working and project status meetings.
- Demonstrate the understanding of the end to end process landscape, representing the team in project and related forums
- Utilise recognised project management disciplines to create sustainable change, stakeholder management and communication
- Coordinate effective relationships with a global customer base
- Coordinate current and future projects, ensuring robust, compliant and scaleable solutions are created for the business
- Coordinate the deployment of solutions into BAU and support any associated issues that arise
- Be a catalyst for change and continuous improvement within the team
- Keep process documents and policies current and relevant
- Produce and deliver reports and presentations as required to management
- Adhere to policies, controls and governance
- Resolve customer issues, escalating as necessary
- Undertake appropriate training and development
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Relevant qualifications or qualified by experience in the industry specific field with a minimum of 3 years of experience- In-depth knowledge of process management and IT landscape including strong systems knowledge & experience
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Advanced numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate financial information to operational teams
- Continuous improvement ‘mind set’ with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues using innovation
- Ability to multi-task, work accurately at speed and under pressure
- Able to work with manager to plan team workload effectively to deliver complex activities to challenging timescales
- Customer focused demonstrating customer first behaviours
- Self-driven learner with an appetite for continuous professional and personal development
- Ability and willingness to travel - globally as required
