Are you a Project Manager looking to move across to the client side?

We’re working with a pan-European real estate investment management firm founded by a group of high achieving partners. The Partners have on average 17 years of industry experience across all sectors, geographies and transaction types. They aim to create and to drive long-term value for its investment partners in a sustainable and responsible manner. Their initial investment has focused in logistics, a sector that is being driven by strong secular tailwinds including the continuing growth in e-commerce.

They’re seeking a Project Manager to work closely with the Head of Development to deliver a mix of refurbishment work, ESG initiatives and ground-up developments in the UK and Europe. I&L experience is desirable but not essential, running projects in a live environment is.

Head office is in Central London and some European travel will be expected.

Salary £50,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + 5 weeks of holiday + 2 weeks ‘work from anywhere’
