About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager – (1 post) to join our Growth & Development team. This role is home based role, with travel to offices and development sites as and when required.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-quality new build developments from inception to completion and will play a key role is delivering the organisation’s development programme of 5,000 new homes by 2030. Onward is a Homes England Strategic Partner and the post holder will ensure all targets and requirements are met for the Affordable Homes Programme, as well as creating and maintaining excellent relationships with key partners including Homes England, Local Authorities, developers and contractors.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have experience of delivering large scale, multi tenure projects including open market sale and extra care schemes.

You will need to demonstrate your commitment to be able to build and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and knowledge of building construction, contract management and associated legislation.

You will have experience of successfully managing complex development budgets and intermediate level and experience in Microsoft Office and experience of appraisal and cash flow management.
