Project Support Coordinator - London or Manchester - Hybrid

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our PMO function This role is right for individuals with proven experience in a Project Management environment.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a PMO Coordination/project coordination/project support role, preferably within the field of data.
  • Project management qualification/certification, for example, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or similar
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong MS office knowledge
  • Beneficial to have experience with Smartsheet and DevOps

Responsibilities

  • Provides support and co-ordination of the following: project reporting, issue & risk escalation, portfolio RAID
  • Supports production/collation of documentation, for example stakeholder updates, requirements, plans, communications, RAIDs
  • Inputs to, supports and maintains the project delivery playbook and associated assets, for example project templates and processes. Assists with communication of the playbook and supports end users, for example, supports project delivery leads in accessing the correct documentation and processes to support delivery.
  • Organisation of meetings, coordination of actions, facilitation of follow-up actions.
  • Provides support and coordination to the PMO & Project Manager for the life cycle of strategic business projects.
  • Adhoc-support to key stakeholders.
