As a Property Sales Consultant, you will join an online property sales company that is creating a revolutionary business model helping people achieve quick sales of their properties.

Job Description

As a property sales Consultant your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Being the first port of call for clients querying our services + building a good rapport
  • Dealing with leads in a timely manner (including handling out-of-hours calls/messages/
    emails)
  • Helping clients choose the best route to ensure a quick sale of their property (sell the house
    fast for cash/auction/estate agency sales)
  • Negotiating and developing 'win-win' sales outcomes
  • Conducting online property valuations (underwriting) and liaising with office management.
  • Liaising with existing key partners as well as developing new strategic partnerships (buying
    / selling) to help develop the business;

The Successful Applicant

You will be a successful Property Sales Consultant if you are a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, driven, and disciplined individual who would thrive in a working-from-home environment. Ideally, you will have the following proven experience.

  • A proven and highly successful sales background preferably in an estate agency, or professional home buying/auctions (residential and/or commercial);
  • Property-related degree a bonus but not essential;
  • Self-motivated and disciplined/close attention to detail;
  • Property-related degree a bonus but not essential
  • Accustomed to and thrives within high-pressure environments;
  • Problem-solving skills, good at handling objections, and a keen eye for detail
  • Empathetic to complex and often highly personal situations
  • Excellent time management skills and Can do attitude;
  • Experience in residential/commercial property valuations is preferable
