As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for effective review of bids, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of Quality bid package. The successful candidate will support Commercial Operations.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring active management of CIR (Customer Issue Resolution) and NPT (Non-Productive Time) cases in accordance with company procedures.

  • Leading and supporting Continuous Improvement activities.

  • Supporting updates and revisions to region QMS to support continuous improvement.

  • Carrying out Root Cause Analysis activities and identify effective corrective and preventative actions.

  • Supporting region audit programme.

  • Supporting customer Quality Assurance activities, including creation and implementation of Quality and Inspection and Test Plan.

  • Ensuring effective Lessons Learned sessions are held as appropriate and effective feedback loop into continuous improvement activities.

  • Providing Quality support to both onshore (manufacturing teams) and offshore (Field Service) teams, identify systemic weaknesses and drive and implement effective controls and improvements.

  • Complying and actively support company, Quality, HSE and Integrity policy.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a HND in Business Management, Engineering or Data discipline or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance or Process Improvement Roles.

  • Demonstrate extensive experience of leading Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement Activities.

  • Have an understanding of Six Sigma &/or Lean methodologies.

  • Be able to work effectively as part of team.

  • Be able to work effectively cross functionally and across departments with ability to influence outcomes.

  • Demonstrate experience in Quality Assurance or Management roles.
