As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for effective review of bids, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of Quality bid package. The successful candidate will support Commercial Operations.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring active management of CIR (Customer Issue Resolution) and NPT (Non-Productive Time) cases in accordance with company procedures.
Leading and supporting Continuous Improvement activities.
Supporting updates and revisions to region QMS to support continuous improvement.
Carrying out Root Cause Analysis activities and identify effective corrective and preventative actions.
Supporting region audit programme.
Supporting customer Quality Assurance activities, including creation and implementation of Quality and Inspection and Test Plan.
Ensuring effective Lessons Learned sessions are held as appropriate and effective feedback loop into continuous improvement activities.
Providing Quality support to both onshore (manufacturing teams) and offshore (Field Service) teams, identify systemic weaknesses and drive and implement effective controls and improvements.
Complying and actively support company, Quality, HSE and Integrity policy.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a HND in Business Management, Engineering or Data discipline or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance or Process Improvement Roles.
Demonstrate extensive experience of leading Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement Activities.
Have an understanding of Six Sigma &/or Lean methodologies.
Be able to work effectively as part of team.
Be able to work effectively cross functionally and across departments with ability to influence outcomes.
Demonstrate experience in Quality Assurance or Management roles.
