• A Quantity Surveyor is required for a regional contractor specializing in industrial developments. Working with first-class clients that benefit from a high-quality build, this will be office based at their head office in Weybridge, with site visits from time to time.
• They have a solid supply chain, having built strong relationships over the last 20 years. 60% of their work is repeat business with a small group of key clients. With a flat hierarchy, there is no strict chain of command, so decisions can be made quickly.
• With a current turnover of £62m the aim is to be £78m by June 2023. With 16 live projects currently they are also developing work in the public sector as well as residential, which are sectors they have worked in previously.
