We require a smart quick thinking indvidual for our front of house Clinic, you will be responsible to greet our clients see them face-to-face, so this role is integral to our client experience journey, thats why you have to stand out and be very outspoken to make sure you understand there needs and vice versa. You need to be presentable

You need to be a quick learner about Skin treatments or preferbally come from that background.

We provide our clients beautiful treatments with great results, and we promote quality skincare products that will maintain excellent skincare routines, so you will build and maintain positive relationships with all clients, whether they are regulars, new to Aura Clinic, or walk-in's. Your primary goal is to provide a five-star service!

The client touch points include:

• welcoming clients to the clinic - a smile is always requried, book them in efficiently, and offer refreshments
• maximising their treatment time by issuing consultation paperwork prior to their appointment
• advising clients about our skin care products and treatment information, helping them to make informed choices
• taking time to book the clients next appointment in the diary, answering their questions, and taking accurate payments
• supporting our central bookings team to answer telephone and email enquiries, whether they're from clients or internal colleagues, booking client appointments, confirming all appointments for the next day, and preparing client files/ paperwork before they arrive.
• Have social Media knowledge on updates

Our Front of House teams also support their clinic with a hands-on, roll-the-sleeves up mentality, to maintain exceptional clinical settings. They get involved in:

• maintaining stock so that we can serve our clients with no limitations (notifying the Clinic Manager if stock is low)
• Making sure clinic is always clean to high standard and helping the therapist to do any simple duties.
• completing daily reports on sales
• providing administrative support to the Clinic Manager.

What we are looking for:

We welcome applications from individuals with previous Front of House experience in an aesthetics or healthcare environment, but that is not important as we can train you

you have solid transferrable skills from another client facing role. Having an existing knowledge of cosmeceutical skincare products will also be advantageous.

But most important is warmth, passion, and dedication to providing clients with the ultimate client experience. Ambition, drive, and self-motivation will see you flourish and the aim to make sales in important.
