Receptionist - Residential
Portico is the leading Front of House Service provider, with 5* customer service at the heart of all that we do.
We are looking for an immaculate and exceptionally high customer-oriented person to join our Lifestyle team, to manage an ultra-high-end residential property in London.
Working hours:
24/7 operation, 48 hours a week covering 4 ON and 3 days OFF – 07:00 to 19:00 hrs
Main Duties:
· To provide exceptional and bespoke customer service for all the residents, round the clock.
· To anticipate, meet and exceed the resident’s daily requests and requirements
· Covering the front desk, handling telephone calls, daily post, parcels, residents shopping and baggage.
· Responsible for all the resident service’s, health and safety and security aspects of the building.
· To provide with information and assistance with any resident requests, from - shopping, chauffeur service, flower arrangements, private jet charter, laundry services, theatre tickets, etc to planning and booking an international business or holiday trip.
· Handling petty cash float and daily reconciliation.
· To support the residence manager on all general aspects to ensure efficient and smooth daily operation.
· General administrative duties.
· To maintain strong communication and a positive rapport between all the rest of the departments and management team.
Person Specification:
· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Any Second language an added advantage.
· Exceedingly high grooming standards and naturally charismatic.
· Passionate and focused on creating a high service level.
· Must have excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail
· Previous experience of working in a luxury hotel or residential.
· Must be computer literate including MS office.
· Ability to use own initiative and work with limited supervision and takes ownership.
· Professional and high standard telephone etiquette.
· Should have an excellent and positive “can do attitude” and a great team player and supporter.
· Able to work in a busy and pressurized environment providing a discreet and personalised service.
· Valid and clean driving license is essential.
· You must be eligible to work and live in the United Kingdom.
