Our team is the e-commerce team for London and EU markets. It is the growth engine for TikTok and has the top priority from HQ board members. Our team is based in London and under the core business team for e-commerce. We are across function team where you can learn, explore and work with different business units including Influencers, TSP, MCN and etc. Our team has high visibility as we will work with the business lines to make incentives and business direction.

Job Description

• Strategy Development: Working as a strategy team member in developing strategy, leveraging insights generated from analysis for incentive policies and resource allocation
• Data Analysis: Deep diving into the data to uncover insights (e.g. finding out the root cause of certain issues facing a business team).
• Progress Monitoring: Taking a data-led approach to monitor the progress of proposed strategy framework, working directly with business units to help remove bottlenecks
• Leadership management: effective communication with key leaders in UK for e-commerce with clear and concise structure about the proposed strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from top university in a quantitative subject (such as mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics or other similar subjects)
• 2+ years of work experience in strategic consulting
• Strong modelling skills
• Good numerical reasoning skills
• Good communication skill
• Proficiency in Excel
• Intellectual curiosity
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus
