As Receptionist your role will include:

  • Greeting colleagues, visitors, suppliers, contractors with a first-class welcome
  • Visitor ID checks to ensure guest safety
  • Room bookings, meeting set up and catering
  • Management of Reception inbox and phones
  • Ad-hoc admin to support
  • Using Google Suite
