£24K-26K Basic Salary - £45K OTE Year 1, £80K OTE Year 2 and £120K Year 3

Based remote, we operate within the Tech/Creative industries. The opportunity here is to join a young start-up with ambitions to scale quickly. We are actively looking for investment and have had initial positive interest from a number of sources.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing Producers in the creative industries (film, TV, digital, advertising, photography, events) for placements around the UK from a variety of platforms such as Linkedin, social media forums, internal database, headhunting, referrals etc.
• Engaging with companies to gain an understanding of their business and role requirements.
• Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies
• Determine suitability and qualify candidates by developing an efficient and effective screening process.
• Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations
• Identify, chase and progress new business opportunities over the telephone and build relationships with clients.
• Negotiating fees and terms of engagement
• Request, collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and candidate availability for work etc
• Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry
• Working closely with the Founders to achieve quarterly targets.

The ideal candidate

Any potential recruitment consultant must possess:

• An understanding of the creative industries and a Producer’s role within it
• 1-3 years experience recruiting in the same or similar field
• A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong commercial business acumen
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
• A winning mentality
• The ability to overcome objection and be persistent

Salary: £24,709.69-£26,547.20 per year
