Regional Operations Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Location: East Midlands & North West

Glenholme Healthcare is looking for an experienced and inspirational leader to motivate the teams across 5 elderly care homes from Ely to Blackpool, to deliver the exceptional provision of care.

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will ensure all homes comply with statutory and regulatory requirements as you deliver operational support and guidance to your home managers, collaborating to achieve high-quality standards and creating nurturing homely environments that empower residents to live meaningful lives with holistic person centered-care.
