Registration & Certification Administrator

Location: Nottingham Head Office and occasional opportunities to work from home

Remuneration Package:

Summary and Main Purpose:

You will support the Registration and Certification Manager, ensuring learners are registered and certificated. You will be responsible for inputting achievement data into our internal systems, maintaining filing systems and distributing certificates to learners. You will need to carry out all work with accuracy, to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To support the Registration and Certification Manager to ensure that all learners are registered with awarding bodies.
  • Verify achievement paperwork with colleagues and process accordingly.
  • Claim learner’s certificates from awarding bodies in a timely manager.
  • Verify exemption certificates and update our systems.
  • Ensure all our systems are updated accurately and timely.
  • Upload learner evidence to external systems to apply for Apprenticeship Certificates.
  • Ensure maintenance of administration systems for the processing of Apprentice and programme information as required by funding bodies and Company standards.
  • Liaise with awarding bodies, other organisations and Company departments to monitor and process participant details and information.
  • Scanning and logging of certificates.
  • Submit relevant learner documentation to End Point Assessment Organisations
  • Answer telephone enquiries or redirect/take messages as appropriate.
  • Preparation of letters and other communications to participants, customers and external bodies.
  • To reconcile the awarding body invoices for the accounts department.
  • Contribute to the sharing of good practice and support continuous improvement throughout the Company.
  • Promote a positive image of the Company and all of the services it delivers.
  • Actively contribute to maintenance of a professional and welcoming environment within all our centres.
  • Duties as requested by Line Manager
  • Understand Remit and client culture and values and work in line with these always.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to GCSE level grade C or above including Maths & English (or equivalent)
  • Computer Skills (ECDL or equivalent in Company training)
  • Administration experience

Experience:

  • Experience of delivering a high standard of Customer Service
  • Experience of answering frontline queries from stakeholders and offering guidance and support. Referring more complex queries where necessary
  • Experience of using time management skills to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with the ability to plan and organise

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Understanding of administration processes
  • Competent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
