Medicines Management Solutions are seeking to recruit a clinical pharmacist to work remotely to support GP workflow.

**Knowledge of SystmOne and previous GP Practice experience is essential for this role.**

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and professional individual with a good clinical background, who is organised and confident to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritise workload. Applicants must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills.

For this role you must have a good understanding of the following:

• Medicines reconciliation and hospital discharges letters
• Medicines reauthorisation and management of repeat prescribing
• Medicines optimisation and cost effective prescribing
• Undertaking Structured Medication Reviews (SMRs)

**Knowledge of SystmOne/EMIS and previous GP Practice experience is essential for this role.**

Independent Prescribing qualifications would be advantageous.

Working hours - 24 to 40 hours per week
