Business Development Manager required to drive new business to our Marketing agency based in South Yorkshire.

As an experienced BDM/Account Manager, you'll be an expert at starting conversations, opening lines of communications with valuable decision makers and achieving the right outcome for you and the business.

You'll be supported by our amazing creative team who will assist with presentations, documentation and visual concepts to help you wow your customers and close retainers.

Over the last two years, we've grown to serve a range of businesses across the UK.

We're now ready to offer a comprenisive 'full marketing team' service to larger clients.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Connect with decision makers across a range of channels
• Manage and report pipeline activity within our CRM
• Work closely with key external and internal stakeholders, making certain that all relationships are built on expertise and credibility
• Develop commercial proposals and ensure key recommendations can be made to establish and grow our customer relationships

What we’re looking for:

• High level of communication skills, including interactive listening in order to negotiate with key stakeholders at a senior level
• Experience in driving business development through strategic influence of key stakeholders, eye for complex requirements / tenacity to drive forward and create solutions

We'll provide:

• Full WFH Flexibility (you're welcome in the office at any point)
• £28,000 basic salary
• Support from the creative team with proposals etc.
• Linkedin Premium Account (if needed)
• Laptop/Mobile Phone/Business Cards
• Required Software (VoIP, Adobe etc.)
• 4% of Secured revenue as bonus.

(eg. 12m Retainer with annual value of £15,000 would earn £600 bonus)
