We are now recruiting a Store Manager for one of our very established clients based in Cardiff due to business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be proactive in your approach and will work using your own initiative. You will have excellent leadership skills and experience of working in a retail environment, managing, or supervising a small team and.
Store Manager -Main Duties
- Inspire your team to drive sales
- Support your team to deliver targets and lead by example
- Ensure you and your team provide a fantastic customer service experience at all times
- Maximize store profitability by visual merchandising and promoting sales within the store
- Managing daily operations of the store whilst ensuring costs are contained within targets
What are we looking for in you?
- You will have exceptional team leading skills and at least 2 years of experience working in retail in a managerial position
- Great communicator with a focus on sales and delivering an outstanding customer service experience and building brand loyalty.
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
