This brand new opportunity will allow the successful applicant to own a multifaceted analysis, insights and reporting remit.

Discovering and presenting exploratory analyses to senior stakeholders, this role will be tasked with diving into many areas of the business including Product, Marketing, Lead Generation, Sales and Customer Insight – all with guidance & oversight from the Head of Acquisition.

The actionable insights produced as a result will have an impact on future decisions and execution of the business’ activity.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with exploratory data analysis, preparing raw data, presenting findings, and collaborating with wider business functions to understand analytical requirements.

Requirements

• Creating & maintaining refreshable self-service dashboards
• Presentation of findings to the Senior Leadership Team
• Supporting wider business with data insight queries & on-going reporting
• Input into new data acquisition
• Analysis of marketing effectiveness & channel reporting
• Improve visibility & understanding of customer profile data
• Develop insights into product trends
• Lead volume, conversion, & value tracking
  

Key Skills and experience:

• Proven success in a commercial analyst role
• Advanced Excel skills mandatory
• Advanced SQL skills highly desirable
• Working skills in PowerBI or other dashboarding and analysis tools highly desirable
• Great presentational & storytelling ability
• Experience in long conversion cycle businesses would be advantageous

Working Environment:

• Standard working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
• Occasional weekend work may be required
• The role will mostly be split 60/40 between visiting our UK Boutiques and working from home with occasional travel required to our head office in Henley-on-Thames
• This role works autonomously, in line with other regional managers
• National travel is required
