Sales Assistant – WHSmith – Luton Airport

Contract Type – Permanent; over 18's only need to apply.

Contracted Hours: As below, only apply if you can work the mentioned work patterns.

P/T:3 in and 3 off shift patterns 26.25 hours
F/T: 37.5 hours per week working any 5 from 7 days

Sales Assistant working hours will be offered between Monday to Sunday:

Morning shifts from 3.30am to 2pm.
Afternoon Shifts: 12pm to 12am

• To always deliver a friendly service, smiling, greeting and making eye contact with every customer you come into contact with

• Working on tills accurately and efficiently to provide a positive customer experience.
• Carry out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy
• Working as an active member of the team, supporting colleagues in all tasks
• Meeting high standards of display and visual merchandising to ensure the store is well presented. Accurately following planograms

• Understands the impact of their actions on their internal and external customers

• Is respectful of others, regardless of position, ability and experience
• Is confident in communicating within the team
• Takes responsibility for personal performance within wider team
• Is confident in communicating within the team
