We are now looking for full time Sales Associates, across the store, to join our welcoming and close-knit Harrods family. Whether you’re looking for your first break into retail, or have experience which you want to build upon, we have a space for you.
The hustle and bustle of our world-famous foodhall is like no other. From the Chocolate Hall, Patisserie, Bakery and Deli’ it’s busy, vibrant, diverse and has something for everyone. The environment is fast moving, customer service focused and our Sales Associates are passionate and knowledgeable about all things food and drink.
About the role
Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.

About you
You may, or may not, have experience within a retail environment, we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed.
