Job Description :

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling, creating e-mail campaigns, qualifying all sales leads and allocating them as appropriate, and generating leads.

Type: 12 Fixed Term employment contract

Location: Leeds / London

Hybrid: Yes, some hybrid working model can be offered

The role:

  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
  • Prospect and BUILD a Sales Pipeline via Outbound Calling and E-Mail Campaigns.
  • Qualify all sales Leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive Leads through the sales process by initiating Conference Calls and Face-to-Face appointments with Field Sales Team.
  • Significantly enhance database by researching new suspects, refer databases available online, read industry trade and other tech publications.
  • Gather sales intelligence around prospect’ situation, needs and decision process
  • Using efficient and structured processes to timely follow up leads coming from trade shows, events, campaigns and other activities/sources.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
  • Work with the marketing lead and ensure that the event-based leads are tracked to closure

What you will need:

  • Ability to generate and qualify leads
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability in creating e-mail campaigns
  • Expertise with LinkedIn
  • Proven experience building strong sales pipeline
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skill
