Description

Mason Consulting is the training, consultancy, and recruitment arm of The Mason Foundation (National charity supporting those most at need, to lead happy, healthy, and fulfilled lives).

Mason Consulting is a fast-growing enterprise delivering people centred training, consultancy, and recruitment, through its specialist wellbeing and employment programme ‘Propel,’ to support young people with special education needs and disabilities (SEND) and mental health issues, into meaningful and sustainable employment. Propel is centred around empowering positive change. All profits made from Mason Consulting are reinvested back into Mason Foundation, to support further positive community delivery.

To support the delivery of this mission and implement our strategy for growth and expansion across the UK, Mason Consulting are seeking an ambitious, driven individual, committed to supporting and driving positive change.

This individual will be commercially minded, with a passion to work within the SEND, wellbeing, mental health, or employability sector. We are looking for someone who can support the business to move forward during this exciting stage of growth, through the development of an active pipeline of new and existing business.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are highly driven, with a ‘make it happen’ attitude to your role
  • You are passionate about making a difference, helping those most at need
  • You are excited about working for a new, ambitious organisation, where the possibilities are endless
  • You are excited by the opportunity of creating and nurturing meaningful relationships with clients and partners from a range of sectors (corporate, education, charitable)
  • You are disciplined and enjoy following processes (but want to add your style and flair!)
  • You love to communicate and present / showcase your work (but you love to listen too)
  • You love working at pace, managing priorities, ensuring you hit those deadlines!
  • You are driven to succeed and like the challenge of fair targets
  • You ensure you get the job done, delivering impactful results
  • You are comfortable asking for help!
  • You are resilient and recognise the importance of the routine ‘less fun’ jobs too
  • You love to celebrate success, developing further opportunities to deliver impact across communities most in need!
  • You love being part of a team that support each other (no matter how big or small the problem is!)
  • You love to empower others through your positive, can-do approach
  • You want to impress, make a difference, and grow!
  • Most of all, you are committed to being part of an organisation that has equality at its core, making a huge difference to peoples lives forever!
What will you do?

You will be required to develop, drive, and deliver an active pipeline of opportunities, developing relationships with local and national businesses and educational establishments, who are committed to improving their culture of inclusivity within their organisation.

You will nurture relationships across these organisations, showcasing Propel, making sales of training, consultancy, and recruitment, and then managing these relationships to ensure complete client satisfaction and long-term sustainability of the relationship.

You will be responsible for liaising with the operational team across Mason Consulting and our charitable arm, The Mason Foundation, to ensure communication and delivery are seamless.

You will be responsible for ensuring best practice, high quality content, aligned to delivery, to achieve maximal reach, engagement, and ROI, in line with Mason Consulting and The Mason Foundations overarching goals.

You will need to embrace a ‘make it happen’ approach, with constant dedication and a passion for making a difference, as part of a committed organisation, supporting, and championing young adults with mental health issues and special education needs and disabilities.

You will be required to travel occasionally across the UK, predominantly within the South East/London/West Midlands and North West.
