Holland & Sherry Limited is a luxury cloth merchant, operating in over 70 international markets. Holland & Sherry is a long-established brand, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Eastern European Sales team based in Peebles, Scottish Borders. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working with luxury textiles and fashion brands.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the luxury textile and fashion industry.

· Strong in-depth knowledge and interest of all stock and bespoke products offered by Holland & Sherry

· Positive, confident and professional attitude.

· High degree of self-motivation and ambition.

· Keen market and trend awareness and ability to identify potential opportunities.

· Ability to work independently, as part of a small focused team and demonstrate a willingness to support and achieve the overall company objective

· Business and /or Textile third level qualification

· Fluent in Polish or Czech.

The Role:

· Ability to create and expand strong, enduring and profitable relationships with customers.

· Ability to secure and successfully manage high value orders.

· Confidently present the Companies products in an engaging and informative manner.

· Excellent organization, communication and customer service skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.

· Follow up on all customer enquire and requests.

· Maintains customers records and imputing orders

· Follow health, safety and environmental policies, guidelines and procedures as set out by the company at all times
