Filmbankmedia provides licensing for film screenings that take place outside of the cinema and home in environments such as hotels, hospitals, coaches, trains, schools, pubs and bars and care homes etc.

The Job

Responsible for the overall sales administration of the International Title-by-Title department in the EMEA and LATAM regions including oversight of all screening requests from both licensees & direct customers and rights clearances

Responsible for marketing support for the Title-by-Title marketing for the UK, EMEA and LATAM and digital client support. This entails working with the marketing team to secure creative assets for marketing campaigns together with client requests, assisting with social media campaigns, managing the UK marketing inbox and updating elements of the UK website.

The Daily

SALES

  • Manage and process all international bookings from both licensees and direct customers
  • Handle all administration related to the booking including drafting agreements/term sheets and pro-forma invoices
  • Ensure screening requests received in the international inbox are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer enquires i.e., title checks, explaining license process, answer general enquiries
  • Support the International Title-by-Title team to meet key departmental targets
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure licensees and customers receive all required documentation and communication efficiently
  • Any ad-hoc tasks to support the sales team as and when required

MARKETING

  • Manage the Marketing Inbox.
  • Responding to requests for assets from different Title by Title sales departments
  • Image gathering from studio creative asset sites for creation of various marketing comms (e.g.: newsletters, TV brochures,) and key digital clients.
  • Adding banners and other assets to website using Umbraco
  • Source, manage and distribute social media assets
  • Events support: Source materials, package, ship to and from events
  • Monitor social media enquiries and comments.
  • Create and schedule social media posts working closely with Senior Marketing Manager

The Must Haves

  • Strong interest in film
  • Experience in an admin or support role
  • Efficient and well organized
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Awareness of technology within film and TV distribution
  • Comfortable in learning about new product lines and relaying to customers
