We are recruiting SIA-Licensed Operators for our Control Room based in Colchester, Essex.

Our office is currently located on East street, Colchester, CO1 2TX. However we will be moving locations to the Knowledge gateway business park at the Essex university.

This is a busy role in which you be part of a shift team responsible for monitoring our site-based security officers and co-ordinating our mobile response team.

The role will involve working a 42 hours per week average roster of '4 nights on, 4 nights off'. Shift times are 1800-0600.

We are looking for reliable, organised applicants with a valid SIA licence, which is essential for this position. Basic IT skills would also be an advantage, although full-training on our software will be provided during induction.

A positive telephone manner is also essential as you will be part of team acting as the first point of call for all incoming staff and customer calls relating to Operations.

You will have the opportunity to undertake an SIA CCTV Licence and an Emergency First Aid at Work course paid for by the company.

Candidates with a driving licence will be given preference as some mobile response duties may be required.

Pay Rate: £11.50 per Hour
