In this role you will be responsible as the days only security officer you will be the public facing element of the security function at Storehouse. As well as being security focussed, they will also engage with visitors and provide customer service. The public engagement element will enhance the soft security approach whilst still delivering a key security minded function. Responsibilities will include, work with associated managers and supervisors to mange the clients requirements, be a daily point of contact for any visitors, patrolling and monitor the physical security of the site as per the clients polices and procedures.

Essential skills

• Valid SIA – DS/CCTV
• Strong security and customer service skills with previous experience in a role within a museum, gallery, or corporate environment,
• Proven reliability including an ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, being able to adapt their style to meet the needs of the situation.
• Self-motivated and able to maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
