Based at the Airbus Filton site, North Bristol, you will join a dynamic team of security professionals working for one of our most prestigious clients, Airbus UK.

This iconic site comprises a mix of industrial and office space which the security team protects 24/7 employing the principles of 'deter, detect, delay and disrupt'. You will receive full site induction and training prior to joining your team and frequent scenario-based exercise participation thereafter embracing a continuous improvement culture.

Offering work-life balanced shifts 4 on / 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights - our rate of pay is exceptionally competitive with Securitas offering opportunity for development and progression.

You will join a diverse team who benefit from superior security equipment usage and training as well as opportunties for career progression in appreciation of its mission to protect Airbus assets from harm or loss.

This would also suite anyone with previous experience working within Prisons, Police service or the arm forces.

Experience of working in the security industry is valued but we encourage applications from any persons who adopt a proactive and positive approach to work and who aspire to security excellence.

How you will make an impact:

• Provide an effective security presence and proactive response service.
• Respond and deal with all site risk events in a timely manner.
• Attending medical incidents as and when required.
• Speed enforcement duties.
• Proactive vehicle motor patrols.
• Carry out fire prevention duties, fire alarm and sprinkler activation.
• Perform gate duties, ensuring no unauthorised persons or vehicles enter the site, inspect site pass credentials, pass key issue, vehicle, and personal searches.
• Ensure that activities are correctly recorded, reported, and documented as high-quality reports (verbal and/or written).
• Undertake any other duties as determined the management team.

Additional Information

On completion of 4 x training modules there is an enhancement equating to £3,300 per annum

Essential Skills

• Right to work in the UK
• SIA Licence
• 5 year checkable history and pass a high level of security clearance.
• Be willing and able to undergo and achieve SC Clearance.
• Be able to conduct patrols covering a large perimetre.
• Able to work outdoors.
• Able to work weekends
• Proactive, self-motivated with great attention to detail.
