The HR Transformation Programme (HRTP) is an ambitious and exciting initiative that aims to transform our HR capabilities and ways of working, leading to an improved employee experience. Simplifying and harmonising HR processes is a key part of this programme, together with the replacement of our current outdated HR and payroll system.
We are looking for a highly proficient Business Analyst with a wealth of experience seeing requirements through to solution delivery. You will work with stakeholders to produce a comprehensive set of requirements for solutions to manage groups of people no longer to be held in our HR system. You will present thoroughly considered solution options and work with developers to deliver.
This role is part of University Information Services (UIS). We work collaboratively with colleagues in departments, colleges, and other institutions to provide a range of IT services to support the needs of all users at the University.
This fixed-term contract role is based between University Information Services' offices on the West Cambridge Site and working from home. We offer flexibility of working hours together with a generous pension and holiday allowance.
