The Role: What you will do?

Are you a Counsellor looking for the next step in your career? This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Counsellor, Senior Counsellor or Team Manager to use their existing skills to develop their career in a new direction and fulfil a pivotal role in a high performing psychological therapies service. You'll work within a forward-thinking, dynamic clinical leadership team alongside operation colleagues to make a real difference.

  • Your responsibilities will be over the clinical oversight, supervision, clinical governance, training and development of our large, high quality psychological therapy network.
  • Reviewing and overseeing the work of our Network Therapists (therapists in private practice) will be a large part of this role.
  • You will also hold a small caseload and have the opportunity to develop your clinical, supervision and leadership skills

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Degree or Diploma (RQF Level 4 or above) counselling qualification
  • BACP, UKCP or NCS Professional accreditation
  • Extensive experience of working effectively with people with mental health problems, specifically anxiety and depression.

Desirable:

  • Experience of providing clinical supervision
