Chaneco are a leading Orthopaedic Footwear Manufacturer and supplier of Orthotic Products, based in Brackmills, Northampton. We are looking to recruit a Shoe Room Operative to join our busy factory team.
The role entails the inspection and measurement of specialist adapted footwear to ensure we are meeting our excellent quality standards; cleaning of products using chemicals, spray and polish; slipping lasts; adding insoles and lacing footwear. Attention to detail and good hand/eye coordination required with a flexible working approach.
Experience in this or a similar role within footwear manufacture would be an advantage, although not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
Our hours of work are 7.45am till 4.30pm, Monday - Thursday and 7.45 till 3.15pm on Fridays. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
