We are now looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Executive to join and support the growth of our dynamic marketing team.

The Role

  • To help scale social advertising efforts geared towards growing profitable e-commerce revenue. This role is for someone who is able to find efficient growth via Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, and who will explore opportunities in other channels such as TikTok and LinkedIn as well as emerging platforms.
  • Creating, curating and improving digital content.
  • Planning, managing and executing key social media campaigns, that align with business objectives.
  • Managing social media requests daily to ensure messaging is in consistent with the brand; and well-written both for impact and interest.
  • Working closely with our marketing team to manage scheduling of posts.
  • Writing high quality content tailored towards different audiences.
  • Tracking performance metrics such as followership growth, engagement, website traffic etc. and leveraging insights and analysis to optimize campaigns.
  • Developing strategies for increasing organic reach across different channels.
  • Managing expectations and relationships with Directors and Marketing Manager.
  • In addition to the above responsibilities, you may be required to undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your line manager or director. This position requires someone who is highly organised individual with proven project management capabilities who is able to work both independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deadlines.
  • Use KPIs to determine performance over time, see if goals, targets are being met and analyse whether changes need to be made.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience managing multiple social media accounts and running successful campaigns across different platforms.
  • Proven track record of successful digital campaign management, preferably within a B2C environment.
  • Substantial knowledge of current digital marketing practices & emerging trends within the industry.
  • Experience creating content calendars; driving plans that align with wider business goals & objectives.
  • Excellent copywriting skills; capable of writing high quality content tailored towards different users or audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with reporting formats & metrics interpretation.
  • Previous experience of social media management tools e.g., Creator Studio – Facebook would be an advantage but not essential.
