The Role:

You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering standout content and engaging campaigns across social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook. You will be supporting with the planning and execution of paid and organic social media content. We require an individual with strong content idea ideas and creative ability to use social media platforms to create content that boosts engagement. Strong creative writing skills is also a must.

The role be predominantly work-from-home, with occasional travel to Berkshire

Responsibilities:

• Develop client social media strategy
• Create social media marketing proposals
• Produce engaging content including video, static posts, and stories
• Write engaging creative copy
• Social media calendar planning
• Regular social media posting to include planned and reactive posts
• Community management and engagement across social channels
• Influencer management
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all online content is aligned with the brand
• Project management, including timing plans and status documents
• Report writing, analysing content reach and KPIs
• Briefing photographers, videographers and motion graphics designers
• Review and feedback on creative content
• Conduct market/competitor research
• Seeking out PR opportunities to increase market presence and SEO
• Creative development of digital marketing campaigns

The Candidate:

• Experience of working on social media - mandatory
• Excellent creative copywriting skills - mandatory
• Marketing/English degree - preferred
• Experience using Canva - preferred
• Eager and positive can-do attitude
• Super organised
• Clear ability to prioritise and manage projects
• Passionate and enthusiastic
• Strong written and spoken English
• Able to work well under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable
• Growth mindset
