Who are we?

We are a Belfast based Luxury watch sales business who also operate an extensive social media portfolio worldwide.

We began in 2019 and have a fantastic luxury watch boutique situated in the heart of the 5 star Merchant Hotel on skipper street, our showroom is actually the old bank Vault from back in the day.

We also have a fantastic office in town where this job will be based, as is most of our now 12 staff members. From here we conduct most of our business by buying and selling Luxury watches all over the world.

We also have created our own in-house studio here for our media team who are responsible for maintaining our YouTube channel which is now the biggest watch channel in the world with over 1.2 Million Subscribers. Our Instagram has 126k followers and our owner Nico also on YouTube has 193k followers, as well as 1m on TikTok.

We have a young, energetic team with huge aspirations and goals to conquer the Luxury watch market, and we are well on our way.

We now currently need a social media manager to help us grow to the next level. The ideal candidate will be someone who has bags of energy, enthusiasm, a great team player and capable of adapting in a growing role with great opportunity.

As a social media manager, you'll need to:

• develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok, (Not YouTube), adapting content to suit different channels
• oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
• create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
• develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
• form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• undertake audience research
• manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
• research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
• analyse competitor activity
• recommend improvements to increase performance
• set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
• educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company
• encourage collaboration across teams and departments
• regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
