About us

We are a sustainably sourced, ethically made queer-owned clothing brand from the UK. We specialise in creating high quality garments from recycled and sustainable textiles. Many of our products give 100% of profits to various charities because making a positive change is important to us. We are a small team looking to expand in order to increase our sales. We expect this position will increase in hours/demand as the company grows, potentially becoming a full-time role. For this reason, it is vital that only indiviudals who are incredibly passionate about our brand, values and products apply.

We are currently looking for an innovative and dynamic Social Media Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing an array of responsibilities related to our social media accounts, including developing engaging content, interacting with other users, scheduling and updating posts, and responding to comments and concerns. We're looking for a professional who is well versed in social media management and able to engage an online audience while adhering to our values and professional standards. This role will include organic content creation for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate brand content for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Manage customer relations (including questions and issues) via email and social media.
  • Regular posting of consistent high quality.
  • Creating and pitching original marketing ideas.

Requirements:

  • No degree necessary, however applicants must have completed A-Levels or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in a social media related role. As this is a small role currently, we are happy to consider applicants who already have a part-time or full-time role in the industry.
  • Must have values that align with our brand: highly inclusive, LGBTQ+, refugee-friendly, POC friendly, eco-focused.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
