Main Purpose of the role:

The role of the Receptionist is to deliver an exceptional and unique guest experience in line with Cloud Twelve’s culture, taking responsibility for smooth front of house operations, delivering a concierge style service whilst achieving outstanding customer feedback and contributing to revenue targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain efficient operation and management of the booking system, ensuring correct and complete bookings and data entry at all times.
• Reconcile client bookings with external platforms where needed.
• Ensuring correct payment handling including end of day reconciliation at all times
• Ensure that the treatments schedule runs efficiently.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs
• Ensure regulatory as well as health and safety regulations adhered to at all times.
• Maximise profitability through the conversion of inbound enquiries
• Drive retail sales and course bookings.
• Actively encourage member referrals
• Deliver and unforgettable, positive experience for members and guests.

Personal Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar role (at least two years of reception experience) working on a wellness, members club, spa
• Previous experience working in a high-end environment
• Ability to deliver five-star services at all times
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – perceptive to customer needs
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, excited to work for a growing business
