The Marcliffe Hotel & Spa, one of Scotland's finest luxury and elegant five-star Scottish Country Retreats has a new and exciting opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join the family friendly exclusive hotel.

With its warm ambiance and picturesque setting on the outskirts of the historic city of Aberdeen the Marcliffe host 40 bedrooms, function suites (ranging from 350 to smaller private dining) and a fine dining restaurant. The Hotel offers vast opportunities for clientele to enjoy some of Scotland's finest local delicacies in addition to activities such as world-renowned golfing, fishing and famous whisky trails.

The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar environment but not essential as training will be given. You will have a passion for providing 5 * customer service along with being able to meet the needs of our clients in a discreet and efficient manner.

• Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining composed and focused in a fast paced environment.

Duties Include:

• Taking Spa bookings and entering them into the diary.
• Taking payments.
• Attention to detail a must.
• Ensure a relaxed, welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients.
• Ensure your working environment is kept clean and tidy, adhering to the reception and relaxation area standards and checklist at all times.
• The successful candidate will have a high level of presentation and due to the nature of the role will be fluent in English.

Tuesday and Thursday - 9:30 – 6:30 plus Saturday holiday cover
