About Us

Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking a Spa Receptionist to join Team Rockliffe!

The Role

*Maternity cover for 12 months

The main responsibilities of the role will be (but not limited to):

• To act as Welcome Host for Spa arrivals.
• To ensure that an efficient and effective reception team deliver a high level of service to the guests and members at all times.
• Help to run Boutique activity and events
• Maximising retail opportunities by up selling at every opportunity
• Use Concept and Wellness system to accurately process all bookings and make sure all items are charged for and payment taken
• To respond positively and pro-actively to sales opportunities to maximise revenue
• To ensure all telephone calls are handled politely and efficiently, ascertaining and accurately meeting the caller’s needs and ensuring they are passed to the correct person / department if not spa related
• To handle any issues and queries promptly and professionally, demonstrating genuine care and concern
• Maintain high confidentiality in regards to all information, comply with all data protection policies and always follow the company GDPR golden rules.
