Contract Type – Permanent
Contracted hours are up to 39 hours per week working 4/5 days over 7 including weekends
Sales Advisor working hours will be offered between the hours of:
Monday – Sunday 4am to 10pm
- £10.66 per hour (equivalent to £21,618 per annum) plus performance related commission plus £2.00 unsocial premium
- 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum

Airport Requirements:
- 5 years continuous references (professional/educational) to gain an Airside Airport Security Pass
- Criminal Records Bureau Check – to be completed by WHSmith if your application is successful
Role of a Sales Advisor
- Actively welcome and approach our customers in a confident manner.
- Showcase our fantastic range of audio and technology products to our customers.
- Confidently be able to demonstrate and use our products such as our headphones, phones, tablets and wearables.
- Show a passion for new products keeping your knowledge up to date.
- Achieve and surpass set sales targets.
- Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising to ensure the store looks fantastic for our customers.
- Follow our store processes to protect our high value digital products and minimise losses.
- Work as an active member of the team, supporting colleagues in all tasks as required.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experience gained within a retail environment preferred, not essential as full training will be provided.
- An interest in consumer electronics and accessories highly desirable
- A passion for customer service.
- Strong communication skills are essential, if you have a second language to utilise to support our travelling customers even better!
- Confident approach towards maximising sales opportunities
- Ability to participate as a key team member
- Able to meet requirements to obtain and retain an airside pass
