Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon entry to the store
• Build strong rapport with customers
• Answer customers' questions
• Source stock requested by clients
• Keep the stock room organised
• Pack shelves neatly
• Create attractive displays
• Elevate customer complaints to the manager.
