We work with several companies and brands in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, Lisbon and Amsterdam.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager profiles for one of our clients, a luxury footwear brand.

Job Description:

• Provide excellent and memorable customer service;
• Manage and lead by example the team, being in charge of tasks related to the selection, training and motivation of employees;
• Manage the store in all its aspects, as well as keeping an eye on the image and product display at the point of sale (visual merchandising);
• Mobilize and manage the team to achieve the goals proposed by the brand, in order to maximize sales;
• Familiarity with e-commerce;
• Analysis and management of the main KPIs related to luxury retail, meeting the objectives proposed by the brand.

Duties:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
