STUDIO OPERATIONS LEAD
We are seeking an ambitious, collaborative Studio Operations Lead to join our business. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-orientated and strategically minded individual to help us shape the future of how we deliver value to our clients and employees.

We are growing quickly and require a Studio Operations Lead to join our Product and Design team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Studio Operations Lead, you will be pivotal in bringing efficient and impactful operational leadership to our Product and Design team. You will work closely with the Head of Product to identify opportunities for operational effectiveness and develop new strategies to power the next stage of our growth.
Outside of these strategic responsibilities, you will also be responsible for the effective, daily running of our studio. This includes activities such as coordinating resource for pre-sales activities, managing performance reviews, and organizing team events (such as training, or away days).
As this is a new role to Amdaris, we are particularly interested in hearing from people who are eager to use their experience and expertise to shape this role as they learn more about our business.
YOUR PROFILE
- Three or more years in a similar operations role
- Experience of working closely with Designers and/or Product people
- Good communication and collaboration skills (especially across disciplines or regions)
- Pro-active in identifying challenges and opportunities
